Originally from Switzerland, where I grew up and studied (École Normale, fashion design training, and a Master’s degree in Digital Imaging from ECAL), I have built a career at the intersection of textiles and digital effects. As I was completing my studies, I was hired by a visual effects studio in Los Angeles before joining Industrial Light + Magic (Lucasfilm) near San Francisco, where I remained for over 20 years as a Technical Director specializing in lighting and look development on numerous big-budget films.

Passionate about everything related to textiles, I later explored digital costume design for immersive experiences at ArtAnim/Dreamscape in Geneva, before joining Meta’s Reality Labs as a Visual Designer and Textile Specialist, conducting research on digital twins applied to textiles and garments.

Deeply curious and resolutely optimistic, I am in constant learning mode—particularly around textiles and costumes, whether physical or virtual. I enjoy pushing boundaries and exploring new directions, and connecting traditional craftsmanship with technological innovation to support studios in their creative ambitions.
